The short version

A directory built to be trusted

Shoals Tree Pros lists real tree trimming and stump grinding crews across the Shoals — Florence, Muscle Shoals, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, Killen, and Rogersville. Every listing is compiled from public sources, cited on the card, and labeled with how confident we are. Nothing is invented to fill a page.

Method

How listings get built

Collect from public sources

A business enters the directory only when a public source names it — the company's own website, its Google profile, Yellowpages, BBB, Facebook, or state records. Phone numbers and addresses are copied from those sources, not guessed.

Label the confidence

Website verified (green): the business's own site backs the details. Directory listed (gold): a solid third-party listing. Needs confirmation (gray): likely real, details thin. Ratings appear only when a public source shows them.

Correct, always

Details change. Any owner or reader can send a correction and we fix it. Listings that go stale — disconnected phones, closed businesses — get flagged and removed, not left to rot.

For tree crews

Claim or add your listing — free

There is no listing fee, no ranking fee, and no pay-per-lead. Ordering on this site is not for sale, period. Here's how to get on or fix your profile:

1. Send your details

Open a request at our GitHub issues page with your business name, phone, city, services, and website or Facebook link. Corrections to existing listings work the same way.

2. We verify against public info

If your own website or profile backs the details, your listing upgrades to "website verified." Claims like insurance or arborist certification need to be stated on a page you control before they appear.

3. You're listed — stays free

Your profile links your phone and site directly. Homeowners call you straight; no lead form in the middle. If we ever add optional featured placement, basic listings stay free and clearly labeled.

What this site does not do

Spot something wrong?

Listings drift out of date. If a number's dead or a crew's gone, tell us and it gets fixed or pulled.
